Help Plan and Organize for the Northeast Area March to Civic Center on March 4th

Thursday, March 4th, 2010 3:30-6 pm

Meet at Van Ness and Broadway

3:30pm - Parents, educators and students from northeast area schools meet at Van Ness & Broadway.
3:45pm - March from Van Ness & Broadway to the State Building at Van Ness and McAllister.
4:00pm - Rally with UESF at the State Building (505 Van Ness), march to Civic Center.
5:00pm - Mass rally in the Civic Center with pre-K through college level students, parents, educators, families.

What You Can Do:

Tell everyone you know in the northeast area, parents, educators, and friends about the march and urge them to join us. We have a flyer that you can dowload here.
Come to a Sign Making Party on March 1st in the Sherman School Library
Donate Materials for sign making: 22” x 28” poster board, yardsticks, colored markers Download and print flyers and distribute them outside your school between now and March 4t
