arts & music programs, and a variety of other activities
funded by our PTA for Sherman Elementary School by

no registration needed and the PTA receives about 5% of every

Events...
The Sherman
Elementary School PTA is hosting its 3rd annual Silent
Auction, A Taste of San Francisco, on April 12, 2008.
This year we are taking this event on the road.
Sherman parents, friends and family will be invited to
enjoy a fun night out with each other. Last year's
event was highly successful. And we look forward
to another great year! Contact the
PTA if you'd like to get
involved in the planning and procurement effort.

Funds raised from the Sherman
Raffle will support programs like choral music (which
makes our Holiday Musicale possible), drawing &
painting,
our green schoolyard and other classroom support. We appreciate all of your

Holiday Musicale which is supported by the PTA)

Keep Shopping
at Sherman Shopper!
Sherman PTA earns money from your online
shopping year round - so remember to
click through our Sherman Shopper page when you
shop for birthdays, other celebrations or just
your every day needs throughout the year. You don't need to
register - just click and shop! Find your
favorite stores like Amazon, Nordstrom,
Land's End, REI, Eddie Bauer,
PETCO, Tupperware, Toys R Us,
Sephora and more!

 Escrip
- The PTA encourages all Sherman supporters to sign up
for the Escrip program to raise funds for our arts,
music, dance and other enrichment programs.
You can sign up your Safeway card or your credit card
via
eScrip's website. Click on the Sign Up box in the
upper left corner. Then when you get to the
Supporter Registration form, simply enter "Sherman PTA"
as your Group Name and follow the directions.
We figure that a family who spends between $300 - $500
per month at Safeway can earn Sherman about $100 per
year just by shopping for groceries. If all of our
families participated, we could easily earn thousands of
dollars each year! For questions or for help
registering your card, please contact Mollie Matull via
our contact form.

The Sherman Deal at Extreme Pizza
Either come on in or call
Extreme Pizza for
delivery and as you are giving our cashier your
information, be sure to mention that youre from
the Sherman School. You only need to do this
once but every time that you place an order,
please begin by giving us your telephone number
and your order will be tracked and linked to the
Sherman School Fund. Tell your relatives and
friends and have them linked to the Sherman 10%
of purchase donation! This donation will be
recognized by our Union, Fillmore and Folsom
Street locations.
So far Sherman has received over $550 from Extreme
Pizza!
